Doubletree by Hilton Laurel, MD

Never stayed at this property as my plans were unexpectedly cancelled, tried to contact both booking.com and the property via message and never received a confirmation. I realize it was almost last minute, but I feel someone could’ve at least acknowledged receipt of the messages. I will be traveling soon for the trip that was cancelled, and at this point I’m not sure I would reserve a room with the property or booking.

The breakfast was acceptable and the staff was helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The lady who signed us out at the completion of our visit was quite helpful. The restaurant that was connected to the Hotel was quite goodl

The facility was very clean and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. We were put in a room that was so convenient to take our dog out when he needed to go. I appreciate that consideration.

Of course, stays during the pandemic are different, but the staff were great, the bathroom fixtures were good, the room had everything (except a microwave, that’s down the hall), the pillows were varied and comfortable, and even the view wasn’t bad. The in-hotel restaurant reopened for dinner while I was there (limited menu). The hot breakfasts (omelettes!) were delicious. The room was big and really a good home away from home, with a comfortable chair, large work table, good lighting, and an excellent layout. There’s plenty of parking at this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful.
